GROUP RENTALS

Are you seeking a venue for a corporate team building event, a birthday party, a baby shower or maybe you and a group of friends just want to try something new? Why not give lawn bowling a go?

We welcome rental groups for a fun bowling experience. Our fee is $40 per person for new rentals. The rental includes equipment and instruction.  The maximum time for a rental is four hours.

Flat, soft-soled shoes are required to protect the bowling greens from damage. The minimum group size is 10 people and the maximum number of bowlers that can be accommodated is 64.

The Club DOES NOT provide food, alcohol or barbecue facilities but renters are welcome to bring their own snacks.  There is free parking space right outside our gate where a food truck can be located, or groups can arrange for independent caterers to provide food for them.

* If you are serving alcohol, you are required to obtain a special event permit (SEP) from the Provincial Government – click THIS LINK to apply.
Servers will need to take a course before purchasing the SEP, and KLBC requires the SEP permit to be shown before the day of the event.

Eating and drinking while bowling is permitted but food or drinks cannot be carried onto the greens.  Food must be served on paper plates and drinks in paper or plastic cups.

We are unable to receive payment by debit or credit card. Payment must be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
